We’re a band based in Atlanta and Athens. We started as guitarist Adriana Starr’s exploration in to the world of Atlanta’s music scene. She found bassist Leo Charles at school, and drummer Airis Broughton through a mutual friend. Starr met singer Ashton May at the University of Georgia, who became a permanent member of the band in February 2011. Iron joined the foursome in Fall 2012.
Our sound? Someone once described it as punk/rock/reggae/indie/grunge/pop? Confused? Maybe. Delighted? You will be. Retro 90s grunge pop (Garbage) meets modern day Indie/Post-Punk (Arctic Monkeys) with Interpol influenced bass riffs, heavy drumming, catchy guitar riffs and Joan Jett inspired vocals thrown in to the mix. We’re currently working on our first album, Ghost in Hand. Give us a listen.
